“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website or mobile app and accepting Travoseal Sdn Bhd’s terms and conditions.

“The Company,” “Travoseal,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refers to Travoseal Sdn Bhd.

“Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and Travoseal Sdn Bhd, or either the Client or Travoseal Sdn Bhd.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of online purchase of our items in respect to provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing Malaysian law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Account Login Information

Lost or forgotten passwords cannot be given over the telephone. Requests for passwords will be emailed to the address used at the time of registration. Most information may be updated by logging in to your account or changed at the time an order is placed.

Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website or app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Travoseal Sdn Bhd:

 Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website/app and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website/app and/or the Company’s literature; and

 Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website/app. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things, or you have advised Travoseal Sdn Bhd of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon, or any other direct or indirect, consequential, and incidental damages.

 None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Payment

Payment methods on our website/app are managed by iPay88 & PayPal, which accept all major credit cards.

All prices referenced on the Travoseal site/app are listed in Malaysian Ringgit. All orders will have shipping charges and sales tax/GST added where applicable. Our standard terms of payment are Full Payment upon order.

Indemnity

 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travoseal Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third-party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by the USER of the foregoing Terms and Conditions.

 
Electronic Communications

 When you visit the Travoseal online store/app or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site/app. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site/app, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Travoseal Sdn Bhd or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site/app is the exclusive property of Travoseal Sdn Bhd, with copyright authorship for this collection by Travoseal Sdn Bhd, and protected by international copyright laws.

Trademarks

 Travoseal Sdn Bhd trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Travoseal, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Travoseal. All other trademarks not owned by Travoseal Sdn Bhd or its subsidiaries that appear on this site/app are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Travoseal Sdn Bhd or its subsidiaries.

User Responsibility

 Users of the Travoseal website/app (the "USER") assume all responsibility for use of the website/app. The USER waives all claims against Travoseal Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers, and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the website/app.

User’s Information Submissions

 Any information submitted by the User while using the Travoseal website/app becomes the property of Travoseal Sdn Bhd. By submitting information to Travoseal, the USER implicitly grants Travoseal Sdn Bhd the authority and right to use that content in any way, including, but not limited to, the marketing and purchasing of Travoseal products and services.

Applicable Law

 User agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding this Website/Mobile App User Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed by Malaysian law, and any dispute or controversy hereunder shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Malaysia.

Risk of Loss

 All items purchased from Travoseal are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Force Majeure

 Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to Acts of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprisings, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control. Any party affected by such an event shall inform the other party and use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Notification of Changes

 Travoseal reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the website/app will signify your acceptance of any adjustments. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be announced on the home page and key pages of the site/app.

Delivery Time

 Most customized products will be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and full payment is received. Travoseal offers POSLAJU delivery for all products.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Travoseal reserves the right to decline any cancellations upon confirmed orders and payment received. A levy charge of RM50.00 will be imposed for each accepted cancellation to cover administrative and incidental expenses.

Due to the nature of our products, all items cannot be returned once orders are confirmed and payment is received. This policy ensures product integrity. Travoseal will only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Unopened items require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

To request an RAN, contact us at +(60)3-51222918 during office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, UTC +8:00) or email support@travoseal.com. Include your order number, account number, and the item number(s) you want to return.

Return items are subject to a levy charge of RM50.00 per item to cover administrative and incidental expenses. The client is responsible for shipping the items back to Travoseal. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or bank account used at the time of purchase within 7 working days of receipt.

General

Travoseal and its associates strive for accuracy. However, Travoseal does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site/app are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:

This site/app is provided by Travoseal on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Travoseal makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site/app or the information, content, materials, or products included. 

You expressly agree that your use of this site/app is at your sole risk.
