TravoSeal Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based company focused on enhancing check-in luggage security through tamper-evident sealing solutions designed for everyday travelers. We develop practical security innovations that help travelers safeguard their belongings and increase accountability in the journey from check-in to arrival.

After years of research and development in luggage safety and tamper prevention, we introduced TRAVELOC, a padlock solution enhanced with security seal features—bringing a level of security traditionally available only to corporate users into the hands of individual travelers. TRAVELOC is designed to complement TSA-approved locks by adding a clear tamper-evident layer of protection.

In line with airport security requirements, TRAVELOC supports the need for airport authorities to conduct physical inspections when necessary, while enabling travelers to identify whether a luggage has been accessed. The product features a prominent tamper-evident mechanism, allowing users to detect interference through a simple visual inspection.

To improve ownership identification and traceability, Personalised TRAVELOC options can be customized with the traveler’s name (as per passport) and include a dedicated set of concurrent serial numbers that are laser-marked for each individual. The TRAVELOC padlock is reusable, while the TRAVELOC seal is single-use, as it functions as a security seal that completes the tamper-evident protection.

Our mission is to increase awareness of the importance of securing check-in luggage and to help deter unauthorized access without trace. TRAVELOC also supports traveler protection: if a traveler suspects a compromised luggage upon arrival, they can promptly notify airport authorities and request a full inspection, helping reduce risk and safeguarding the traveler should any prohibited items be discovered without their knowledge.
