Delivery Time
Most customized products will be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and full payment is received. Travoseal offers POSLAJU delivery for all products.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Travoseal reserves the right to decline any cancellations upon confirmed orders and payment received. A levy charge of RM50.00 will be imposed for each accepted cancellation to cover administrative and incidental expenses.
Due to the nature of our products, all items cannot be returned once orders are confirmed and payment is received. This policy ensures product integrity. Travoseal will only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Unopened items require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
To request an RAN, contact us at +(60)3-51222918 during office hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, UTC +8:00) or email support@travoseal.com. Include your order number, account number, and the item number(s) you want to return.
Return items are subject to a levy charge of RM50.00 per item to cover administrative and incidental expenses. The client is responsible for shipping the items back to Travoseal. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or bank account used at the time of purchase within 7 working days of receipt.
