We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within Travoseal Sdn Bhd, on a need-to-know basis only, use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

We collect both personally identifiable information as well as non-individually identifying website visit information, and we do not share, disclose, or sell any personally identifiable information—unless stated at the time of collection—with other companies or organizations.

We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you provide it voluntarily through registration forms, surveys, or email correspondence with us. Our primary interest in collecting your personally identifiable information is to provide you with more customized service, online customer service, billing, and fulfillment materials.

If you do not want your personally identifiable information retained by Travoseal Sdn Bhd, please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted information and would like to have it removed from our records, please contact us at the address listed at the bottom of this section. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our existing files.

We will take action against any parties responsible for unauthorized use of our data to recover damages for breaches of this Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

We are registered as a Certified Partner of Microsoft, and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client Records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our manufacturer(s)/supplier(s), or if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.

Clients may request to view, and obtain copies of, the Client Records we keep, provided reasonable notice is given in writing with the reason for the request. Clients will be charged RM50.00 for each set of requested Records.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Travoseal Sdn Bhd will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
